We here at TeenJobscene.com are embarking on a serious undertaking. We will be starting to assemble a list of the "100 Best Companies for Teens" We are in the process of determining which criteria will be used to judge the companies by. We know some of them will be:
-pay
-flexibility
-development opportunities
-management
-fun factor
-employee satisfaction
We need your input, please reply to this post with other categories that you think are important.
Also if you are a teen and have work experience please comment on who you work for and your level of satisfaction, as this will have a bearing on the results. This project will take some time and we want to make sure that it is done correctly. As far as know, this will be the first list of its kind.
