Do you have a mentor?

If you are in high school or college, it is a good idea to gain some work experience (you all ready knew that i'm sure) It is also a great idea to find yourself a mentor. A mentor is somebody who has more experience than you in the workplace. They will answer your questions and provide career advice. Kind of like your guidance counselor but with less of a case load. Most guidance counselors have hundreds and even thousands of kids they are responsible for. Parents are good too but you can gain more insight from an outside.
