Top Qualities Employers are looking for in teens

We just wrapped up a survey that we sent out to our clients and prospective clients, all of whom hire for teen jobs We asked them what the top qualities or traits that they were looking for when hiring teens. We also asked them to rank them in order of importance. After analyzing the results we have come up with the Top 5 Qualities that Employers are looking for when hiring teens

These are in order, with # 1 being the most important:

1. Strong written and verbal communications

2. Honesty

3. Teamwork

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5 Motivated
