We are still growing and experiencing our heaviest traffic ever. With the summer months approaching and jobs for teens becoming more readily available, we have seen a spike in visitors as well as jobs. We are always looking for ways to improve our site and we recently conducted a audit of our site. We conducted surveys and these are the results of what you wanted most in a teen job board . This is both from the employers and candidates' perspective.
You said- Make it easy to purchase.- We have done that, it is simple to purchase job postings and resume access. You simply create a profile and you can pay through PayPal. The great part is that a regular listing is still FREE.
You said - Make your job board easy to use. We went through a complete re-design several months ago to make our site incredibly easy to use. You can search our jobs through categories or through a traditional search box. Our most recent jobs are always on the first page. We think it is the worst when job boards make you find the jobs.
You said- send me an email when a job matches- We listened and we now offer job alerts. Just set up a profile and we will send you an email when your perfect job becomes available.
